Learning "Blogger's" Ways...

Okay......
I am trying to fix my header.....and it is not doing what I THINK IT SHOULD BE DOING....
which is probably because I don't KNOW what I am doing...
HUMPH....(blowing my bangs up out of the side of my mouth like Ariel on Disney's "The Little Mermaid").... So,
I am going to sleep....and I will see what I can do tomorrow morning....oh,yeah....later tomorrow morning.....It IS tomorrow morning already......
**ROLLING EYES AT MYSELF**

A bedtime song my Dad used to sing to us when we were little  ~

"Go to sleep, my little Buckaroo, while the stars in western skies are shining down on you,
Don't you know it's time for bed, another day is through
So, go to sleeeeep... my little Buckaroo...."

This always comforted me...I dont' know why....I was not comfortable around horses, but the child in my head when he sang this song was riding a friendly pony...and walking into the sunset and a barn....I dont' know why it wasn't dark and there were stars....probably becasue I was NOT SLEEPING!

  1. I love your header pic...and I get so frustrated trying to change things on my blog! Always seems like a hit a roadblock and then have to dig around til I find someone who can tell me. Hope you figure it out soon. I just looked through the ebay listings...man....if only I had the money! Those boxes I saw are pretty, but then the price makes me go huh? You are so sweet to let me know about them!!
    Have a nice evening,
    Doni

  2. Lovely header pic, and I feel your pain. I live in fear of having to change/fix my blog!! You may try (I don't know, but I had this off center problem and it helped me) adjusting your outside margins. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you:-)
How sweet to have a singing daddy:-)
    Have a great Valentines Week:-)

    1. Bella, The offcenter part I am okay with...
This was the one I just settle for because I couldn't get the OTHER one to work...I am tyring to use picmonkey....and I need an instruction book!
I had a collage, and am still trying to get a collage, but the pictures change on me when I put them into the collage layout...the collage will fit into the space alright, but the pictures don't keep their images the same....I may just have my daughter do it for me! I was trying to be independent!!!
HOpe you have a Happy Heart Week as well!
      Hugs,
      Betsy

  4. Love the picture you have picked for your header. I want to add one to my blog at MimiMine, but I haven't figured out yet how to size things yet. Maybe some day. Best wishes on getting it like you want it to look.
